Service Description
Experience a friendly and vibrant 45-minute Aqua Class at Mendology. This functional, aqua fitness class takes place in the water and is suitable for all fitness levels. All equipment is provided, so come ready to have a great time while getting a full-body workout in the water. This style of class will possibly include H.I.I.T, Deep Water Workouts with Belts (Optional) and fitness challenges. All fitness levels are catered for to enable everyone to be able to challenge themselves at their own level.

Cancellation Policy
A gentle reminder that your class can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before class by yourself online. No refunds will be given after this cut off time. The class will run when the triggered number of people have booked the class and payment will be taken at that time if paying online.
